Great location to catch a train/flight from Hongqiao the next morning. Lovely clean rooms and facilities and a nice convenient restaurant - though plenty of other eating options in the area if needed.

“Amazing hotel with great access to transport and restaurants”
The room on the executive floor was great as was the Executive Lounge. The breakfast was great and the restaurants outside are very convenient. The location is fantastic for the train and airport. We attended an event at NECC and it was an easy 10-12 minute walk, so very convenient. The hotel and staff overall were excellent. It was our second stay and will be back.

Great communication from this hotel, we were delayed and arrived at 2am. Hotel re-routed car pick up to other airport for us, they were fantastic. Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and very modern. Lovely room, very spacious and connected to the main train station where we caught the fast train the next morning to Xi’an.

“Overall the loacation was ideal with food courts and restaurants easily accessible, and the HUB mall”
The location was idea for the plastics exhibition at the NECC arena, and the room was spacious, however, I booked for a room with a balcony, and was given a room without this. The breakfast was very well organised with a large array of options.

Room was really big, super clean, bed was comfy, many details very pleasant. Breakfast great Location for us, so so close to the train station just perfect. Different restaurants just 1 minute away. We definitely would come back.

Thank you very much for such a nice service, we stayed in this hotel one night in August and we liked that place very much, especially thank you to Helly and Daisy:) The hotel is very modern furnished , good breakfast, glass swimming pool and very nice bar on the last floor ! Everything you need for good rest! We often stay in this hotel when we are in Shanghai and will come here again definitely !

“Excellent hotel even if you’re not taking a train.”
Beautiful hotel. Took a double room and it had a fabulous layout. Arrived 5pm on Friday evening. Lady on reception was very welcoming and smiley. Excellent!!! We stayed here because of the location close to the train station as we took an early train but the hotel is fabulous. Had a walk around the area the evening before. Very vibrant area. Plenty of restaurants and the hotel has a Michelin star restaurant. Really Excellent breakfast from 6.30am. Walked to the station in the morning for an early train. Perfect
