“Exceeded our expectations!”
We were told it would be only a continental breakfast. It was so much more with hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, fruit... It was grand! The green spaces for guests to lounge in were wonderful.

“Great value for your money”
Staff made the stay great they were beyond willing to help and were very friendly. Breakfast was good! Not super big but enough options! Also the location is awesome!

Two things, both staff related. There was a $50 charge for something, I don't remember what, that was added, then subtracted from everyone's bill. The staff was transparent about letting us know, but it wasn't visible. One guest wanted a printed verification, which the desk manager couldn't give. There was some tension from the guest but the manager was calm and courteous throughout the exchange. Also my wife left a pillow in the room that was meaningful to her. She didn't realize it for a couple days. We were closing on a new house and completing some tasks in that house, so we had a lot on our minds. Anyway, we back to the hotel and they'd save the pillow and returned it to my wife. It seems like a little thing, but it meant much more than you'd think. Thank you for that!

“Our stay felt dirty, unsafe , and like we got screwed out of money.”
The room smelled. Stains on sheets. Doors Falling off cabinets, shower curtain falling down. Garbage everywhere under things. Bathroom dirty. Breakfast cold and terrible tasting. Then asked for a discount and the front desk person who could not speak understandable English or understand me said the manager would call me about a discount t and would send me a cancelation email with refund that afternoon. I am still waiting for a call. Very diaappoi Ted and at this point t out a lot of money for a trash room.
