The breakfast was amazing with so many options and everything was fresh, the rooms were clean and good in size, the location is breathtaking with snow capped mountains and nature at its best. The staff is polite and helpful.

The view is best, especially for mountain view rooms. Free spa and sauna and pool access is good if you have more than 1 day stay to fully utilise the benefits. Easy access to coaster and cable car but both chargeable separately.

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Azerbaijan. The service, cleanliness, luxury, and overall atmosphere were truly outstanding. Everything about the hotel reflects elegance, comfort, and professionalism. Honestly, I regret staying in Shahdag for only one day. I would highly recommend spending at least two days here to fully enjoy the resort, activities, and beautiful surroundings. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and responsive, always ready to assist with any request. They can also help arrange transportation whenever needed. The housekeeping service is excellent, the hotel is very safe and well-organized, and the security staff are professional and cooperative. The activities are conveniently located nearby, making it easy to enjoy everything Shahdag has to offer. Considering the quality of the experience, the price is exceptionally reasonable and offers great value for money. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Azerbaijan.

Breakfast Was Great , Ambience , Seating Capacity , and Comfort Far Apart . Reception Area Too Clean , Staff was Very Friendly and Helpfull all the Time , Courteous . Hamam was Excellent , Sauna Too , The whole environment was just like spending whole day no Moving Out . To All my Pakistani Friends and Family Members will Recomended and Pakistan and Azerbhaijan are Good Friendly Countries and Muslim Too .

“Must place to stay without a doubt”

A perfect hotel with amazing views and exceptional rooms and allied facilities. Should be the first option for anyone coming to Shahdag; roller coaster is just 30 secs from ground floor. Staff is also very welcoming and nice and last but not the least, perfect morning views with superb buffer breakfast (alot of healthy options).
