“Smelly”
There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain. The room has no windows, therefore we needed to open the door for ventilation so the bad smell will go away. There were cockroaches coming out of the toilet drain. The water also went down very slowly after showering.

Family room with no window. It was not mention during the booking. No facility like glass for drinking water, tea/ coffee in the room. Pad lock room was broken.
