“Great apartment, apart the sofa bed. Communication can be improved.”
The apartment is excellent, modern and well equipped (dishasher, washing machine, shower, etc.). I was afraid the lack of air conditioning would be an issue, especially during August, but in the end the ventilators were enough. The neighborhood is great, with places where to ear and where to buy groceries. It also has plenty of parking space and a publich beach in the lake nearby. If you do not have a car, there is a bus stop on the street where you can catch a bus to Annecy.

The apartment looks even better in person! It was spacious and very clean. All necessities were available. Because of the shutters it was very quiet at night. Additionally, it was very close (5 min walk) to the public beach at the lakeshore with a nice restaurant. The bus to Annecy stops in front of the apartment building and takes about 15 minutes.
