Everything! The hosts and breakfast in particular were amazing. We highly recommend staying here for anyone looking at this accommodation. We’ll definitely be back if we ever return to Annecy. Very good value for money too!

Very nice lady, she welcomed us with open arms! The breakfast was amazing with fresh pastries from the boulangerie, local cheeses and cold cuts and delicious homemade jams . The place is very nice and quiet, very close to the beautiful lake!

“A lovely place to stay for our 3 night stay to explore Lake Annecy”

This B&B was booked last minute as part of our European Roadtrip and was delighted we found somewhere at Lake Annecy at short notice! It's away from the crowds of Annecy itself but does have a shop (1 min walk) and few restaurants nearby in either direction and towards the lake so there are plenty of places to eat. We got a takeaway pizza one evening and ate it in the hosts garden which was private and full of trees and flowers, very peaceful. Access to swim in the lake is about a 5 min walk, or you can walk to the beach which is about 10 mins. The breakfast at this B&B was fantastic so much choice! Cheese, meats, fruit, bread, croissants, yogurts, variety of homemade jams and cake! You won't go hungry! The host was really sweet and friendly too and told us about the free bus which takes you into Annecy, it's about a 100m walk to the bus stop as you come out of the property, down the slope and head right and cross the road. We parked our car on hosts driveway and left it there for the duration of our 3 night stay so parking was stress free too! We hired bikes from a local bike place which is about 15 mins walk down the road (next to McDonalds) to explore the entire lake. It was warm when we were there but the host provided a tall floor standing fan which kept the room at a nice temperature. The bathroom was bright and looks fairly modern with toiletries provided should you wish to use them, as well as a hairdryer (we didn't use these). You can hear a bit of road noise but nothing that would cause any issues or keep you awake at night. I'm usually a hotel kind of person and this was the first time I've stayed at a property like this would stay again so definitely recommend. It felt very private and quiet.

The host made us feel so welcome, with exceptional, traditional breakfast and a beautiful evening meal on the balcony. The accommodation was cosy and comfortable and it's location was perfect. We hope to return.

Real family run B&B in a traditional house. Lovely large room with its own entrance and garden. Great location, friendly and helpful owner. Lots of info on surrounding area. An amazing breakfast included with homemade jams. It was so good. Thank you.

Delicious breakfast with a selection of local meats and cheeses. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Five minute walk to a bus stop that takes you right into the city.

Host was lovely. Spoke very good English and was very helpful in organising our day in Annecy. Breakfast was fantastic with a great choice of local produce, homemade jams and cake. We arranged to have an evening meal at the property which was also home cooked and delicious.

The host was really lovely, and the breakfast was amazing! And the location was so nice as well because it was a walking distance to a beautiful beach with a magnificent mountain view.
