“What a treat of an apartment and fantastic location. We would definitely stay again :)”
We felt spoilt, what a fantastic view from every angle and such a comfortable apartment. Easy parking, quick walk down to the lake; free bus to annecy town centre and supermarkets / Boulangerie down the road. We didn’t use the car once we arrived. The kids loved paddle boarding and swimming in the lake which was lovely clear and warm. We rented bikes at the bottom of the road and cycled round lake annecy. Totally recommended :). And Jacqueline and Oliver gave us a warm welcome.

“Stunning location - beautiful accomodation”
The views were stunning and it was spacious accomodation. The two different decks/verandahs were beautiful for taking advantage of the sun and environment.

“Great choice for a relaxing holiday.”
The view was beautiful every changing moment of the day. There were many comfortable sleeping options, all with individual air con, great for the heat of summer 22. The deck was well used of an afternoon. The kitchen is a dream. Easy with a family if you need to have alone time. Beach easy walk downhill. Annecy only 15 minute bus ride. Supermarket 5 mins by car. Really enjoyed our stay. We wished we had stayed longer.

“Beautifully located apartment at Lake Annecy”
Great location with superb views on the lake, at walking distance from the beach. It's a spacious apartment and has a very nice terrace/balcony.
