“Fabulous stay at lake Annacy”

The location was stunning. The property with ground floor access to a beautiful garden was amazing. The parking was super easy as on site no height restrictions. Nice size. We stayed in a duplex so limited space upstairs but really nice.

It was available at short notice when our previous booking proved to be below an acceptable standard. The hosts gave all relevant information to enable our stay. This property was ideally located very close to the lake and within a reasonable distance of Annecy, very quiet, well appointed though not luxurious, comfortable bed and good shower, a garden space available to enjoy

It is well situated, quiet spot with beautiful views. It was big enough for three couples and two children with a lovely terrace.

Ideal location just a short walk from the lake side, and only 400m from the Annecy cycle path. Rita and Andriy were able to accommodate our early check in request, and were very welcoming on our arrival. Our accommodation was very clean, with good facilities for self catering. A secure garage was available for storing our bicycles, and we were also offered free use of kayaks to go out on the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment only 150m from the lake and a short drive or cycle to the beautiful town of Annecy. Accommodation comes with free use of leisure equipment that can be used on the lake.

the location was excellent. Check-in was good and Corinne very helpful. We didn't use the kayaks as we didn't have time, but really good that they were provided. Excellent large parking garage for our bikes. Very near to delicious bakery and the cycle path. Beds very comfortable and heating worked well.

Brilliant Self Contained apartments only a 2 minute walk from the lake. Rooms were clean with all the amenities we needed, Located in a very quiet lakeside area, but close enough to the local supermarket and boulangerie to walk to get supplies. Great comms from the hosts up to and on our arrival. Thank you.

The property was very private & secure, and quiet due to having only a small number of rooms. We wanted to hire bikes and there is a very good bike hire place only twenty minutes walk away. Two supermarkets around fifteen minutes walk and to cycle to Annecy town, a leisurely half hour along the bike route. Access to the lake was less than five minutes to two lovely spots; again, not too crowded. The communication was always timely and all appliances in working order. The rooms were compact, but clean and neat
