Great location right by the lake, with a beautiful balcony view of the water and mountains. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotless, and the whole hotel felt very well maintained. The sauna was a nice bonus for relaxing during the stay. A comfortable and scenic place to stay.

“Fabulous apartment, great location, super stay.”
The apartment was beautifully equipped , big comfy beds and the terrace was the star with amazing views. The apartment is located about 500m from the hotel but you can use all the facilities there. There is a bus stop in front of the apartment which was great to get into Annecy although it was only a leisurely 30 min walk. Lovely apartment in a fabulous place

View across the lake from the pool and balcony, breakfast choices, the reception and waiting staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Could have been perfect but felt our experience and comfort were compromised by a Ryan Air like approach to adding costs.
