Great location

Location is fantastic - close to the beach, a bus stop to annecy, bakery and a few restaurants. The apartment is a good size and comfortable. Nice balcony as well. We were there in over 35 degrees heat and it wasn't too bad without air-conditioning.

We had cycles and appartment was perfect for accessing Annecy and surrounding routes. Everything was spotlessly clean and hosts available by phone to resolve queries

short break in Annecy and its surrounding area

The location was very good for access to Annecy both by car and bus. The lake was two minutes away on foot. There was a cafe opposite the appartment which did a good continental breakfast and the Bistrot 11 minutes by foot did a good dinner. There was a small shop opposite which has a variety of fresh produce. There was also a small supermarket a short distance for other items we wanted.

Great stay, great apartment and lovely location

Brilliant property! Spotlessly clean and lovely furnishings. Good size double for our children to share. Spacious apartment in a very modern and well kept block. Great location with bus stops right outside the building and buses every 20minutes. Really short walk down to a beautiful beach on the lake. We will stay again!

A good location and a comfortable place to sleep

The location in Sévrier is excellent to visit Annecy and the lake It was very quiet despite the road, and the bed was comfortable The entry code business was a bit frustrating when we arrived, as we were tired. But by the following day we knew exactly how it worked and found it no problem at all

Sévrier is a nice small village close to Annecy. From here you have access to a lot of opportunities. Hiking, swimming in the lake and a very good bet of bike roads and some cols. The apartment is central in Sévrier at the main road. It's very clean and modern with everything you need for the stay. The garage is big enough too keep a cannot car and your bike.

very clean, fresh, contemporary, elegant, (great blinds on the windows). a tiny thing but I loved having the clothes dryer rack on the patio, which was useful. super location, peaceful.
