Good location not far from the centre of Seville. We appreciate the parking which is very difficult to find in Seville. Stefan was very helpful. He explained everything and we appreciate the human approach in the times when everything is nowadays done through systems, codes, applications and without people. This is exactly how we would imagine the relationship between guest and host. We felt as at home. We also liked that Stefan put into the fridge some drinks & food for the first couple of hours.

This one is special. The apartment itself is as listed (and more), but the man behind it is one and only. So the combination is winning. Can't say enough about this place, location and all things explained in Stephan's (not so) little black book :) Nothing is missing, even got few things for our breakfast waiting in the fridge. So thank you again dear Stephan!

“Exceeded all expectations”

Stephan was an amazing host, very friendly and welcoming. He met us to direct us to the parking space below the building and accompanied us to the apartment to explain how everything worked. He very kindly left some breakfast provisions in the fridge for us and the bathroom was equipped with a wide range of toiletries for guest use. The apartment is a great size and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay, including a washing machine. The apartment is at a busy intersection but we hardly noticed any traffic noise thanks to the window shutters. The apartment is well located in the lively Triana barrio and only a short 20 minute walk into the centre of Sevilla. Stephan sees his guest experience as a priority, and when we next visit Sevilla we will book this apartment without hesitation

We’re so happy with our stay at Torre Triana during our visit to Seville! Stephan was by far the kindest and sweetest host we’ve ever met. Stephan as the owner is extremely nice, the property is in superb shape. He really goes beyond to make the experience memorable for the guests. He even has a small book ready with all necesaary info as opening hours of museums, nearby restaurants, etc.

We had a wonderful four-day stay at this apartment in Seville. The host, Stefan, was exceptionally kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — he gave us great recommendations and even helped us make a restaurant reservation, which we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was spotless, very well-equipped, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed (and more!). It also came with free parking, which was a huge plus. The location is excellent — just a short walk (about 20 minutes) from the city center, in a welcoming and clean neighborhood, with good restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville!

The apartment was easy to find and had everything we needed. Good parking in the garage but if you have a lot of luggage there is no lift which we already knew. Stephan provided extras in the apartment that were really appreciated such as bread and butter etc The apartment is in a nice area, try the Tirana market for food and drink 😀🍷Easy to walk to all the sights.

Everything was perfect. Stefan is an excellent host, gave us excellent tips for local places to eat and suggested a Flamenco show that was fabulous. I made a special request when I booked which was also provided. The flat is super cozy and comfortable with so many amenities carefully chosen. Location was great as well, just a 10' walk to the historic area. Garage is in the building. We couldn't expect nothing better. Thank you for the treat for our breakfast Stefan, it was a plus! We loved our stay!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay close to the centre of Seville. Stephan's welcome and enthusiasm are amazing, and the apartment is stocked with everything you could need. Parking is great, too. The neighbourhood is typically Spanish and has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops without the city centre prices. Highly recommended

Clean, it’s Triana and we had already stayed in the old town on the other side. Stephan couldn’t try to be more helpful and generous. It’s well equipped and quiet, comfortable.
