Amazing hotel, directly in the center so I could walk everywhere. Staff super friendly, the coffee downstairs was also amazing. 10/10 experience, they have partner hotels all around Spain and Italy-I will be booking through them again.

The staff could not have done more to make my stay more enjoyable-special. From arrival to departure. Things that stood out, hotel Managers and staffs greetings and assistance each day, room maid making my room beautiful and lovely to return to each day, not to mention the abundance of fresh towels each day, smiling cafe staff who greeted you when purchasing a delicious morning coffee at the cafe, even providing me with some ice to use with my water on a hot day, male staff members restaurant recommendations, staffs assisting me with a parcel delivery and finding my way to my taxi on departure. Not like other hotels I’m experiencing on this trip, the rooms are sound proof from all the happy noises going on from outside so you have quiet uninterrupted sleeps. A special experience for me was to open my door to my balcony each morning to hear the work men singing to Spanish music each morning. I loved the beautiful flower shop opposite as well. I enjoyed my stay so much I was teary on my departure. Graci Martha and each staff that welcomed me.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Seville. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the decoration throughout the hotel was elegant and charming. A great place to stay for exploring the city.

The rooms are quite basic but perfect and nicely decorated. The location is brilliant. The view from the terrace in my room was amazing. The breakfast was simple but delicious. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
