“Perfect!”

The highlight of my Spain trip! Highly recommend! This was my favorite accommodation during my tour of Spain. The location is perfect—within walking distance to the city center and all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available online to answer any questions. Definitely stay here if you're in Seville!

“It was nice!”

The best apartment, as all the rooms and kitchen located seperately. Two different bathrooms, one with shower, other with bath. We really liked the blankets on beds. It is not very common in spain to use vlankets (often there are just linen for sleeping). All perfect! Thank you!!

Location was perfect - not too close to the city, but walking distance to Cathedral and Plaza Espana. Very secure, quiet as well.

“Amazing stay in Seville!”

A really great option if you plan on visiting Seville as it's centrally located, at only 10 min walk from Real Alcazar and the cathedral, and an underground parking spot is also available if you come by car. The terrace pool is a nice addition after a full day of walking into the sun. The communication with the agency is very smooth and they are prepared to help you with anything that you need. Highly recommended.

Host was accommodating when I changed our time of arrival, and came immediately to successfully fix the wifi when it momentarily failed, also gave good advice on what to do using the Whatsapp chat. Place was spacious and perfect in all respects.

Juan Carlos, the most friendly host ❤️ he waited for us and he showed to us everything that we needed to know. Appartment super clean, cozy, useful, on pieceful place, we had feeling like we are home. We were 400 meters away from strict center, with a lot of delicious restaurants, Alkazar palace, chatedral, giralda ..... definitlly if we will go back on vacation to Sevilla we go back to Juan and his apparment❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 thank you so much❤️🙏

“Home away from home in Seville”

Great place to stay in Seville if you are a family traveling by car! The owner is a very nice person, he provided us with a map of local attractions. The apartment itself is located in a quiet residential building and is fully equipped with everything you might need for a prolonged stay - dishwasher, washing machine etc. Overall feel of the apartment is really homey, not your typical tourist accommodation :) Underground parking is a big bonus, as there are not many places to park your car nearby.

Very nice and convenient apartment in good location. Great and helpful host!!! We postponed our arrival time several times, even on the day of arrival, and received no complaints from the host- he welcomed us on time we advised him 40 min before our arrival and showed us the apartment. We have some issues during our stay but sorted them out in excellent manner with our host- just ask him. Received an advice on sightseeing and eating facilities. Parking possible on the site and it is good extra facility.

The apartment was very comfy and perfect. The building and everything inside the apartment are new and in good condition. A lot of stuff like salt, oil, sugar, etc. in the kitchen. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The central heating/AC system is easy and well functioning. I'd be happy to return and recommend.

Location is great, close to main attractions and parks, restaurants. Private parking, gated entrance.

“Good Stay in Seville”

Juan is very well support. Getting the key is like playing the game, we like it : ) A bit too high hidden for short person, though. The room is well designed, natural light helps a lot. All equipment is in good conditions, except the light bulbs in the kitchen. Rooms are well used for 2 peoples with 2 large luggage. The apartment is in short distance to a Mercado nearby, Jardine Murillo and Plaza Espana.

This apartment was a great find. It is very convenient to the historic area, has good restaurants nearby, had parking available for €15, was well equipped, and comfortable. It is self serviced, with a key located after frequent and caring communication with Juan, the owner. It is in an apartment building with a garage under it, and served by elevators.

“Pleasant stay”

Nice apartment with a small swimming pool on the roof, beach towels were included which was great. Comfy beds. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent host, Juan was very welcoming and more than willing to help in any way he could.

Everything was great. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable in a newer building, and the host was accommodating. The possibility of using the rooftop little pool was a nice feature on a hot summer day. The location was excellent for exploring the city.
