The accommodation is newly renovated, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Cleanliness is exemplary. The location is good, close to the bus station. The main historical sights are within walking distance—about 15–30 minutes away. We stayed during the week before Easter. We were informed via messages that movement around Seville can be occasionally difficult in the evenings due to processions. Because of this, we adjusted our arrival time—thank you for that!

I highly, highly recommend this property. I travelled with my teenage sons for our annual city break and with the mezzanine space they both had their own bedroom, which they loved. The apartment was extremely close to a large supermarket that satisfied all of our demands. The host team were on hand to answer any stupid questions we had ( aircon etc..) and they were extremely efficient. The apartment itself had everything we needed including dishwasher and washing machine tablets which was a nice surprise so that we could wash and dry our clothes. It was a short walk into the old city and 15 minutes to the Cathedral and Palace. Bars and restaurants were 1 minute from the front door and we quite often stopped for refreshments at the corner of Alphonse Street. I would not hesitate booking this apartment again or any that these guys managed as we had a wonderful time. My sons and I agreed Sevilla is now one of our favourite cities but that is partly due to having a wonderful base to explore from, many thanks.
