“Lovely city break”

Communication by the owners is brilliant giving recommendations and booking tickets for us. Location is fabulous - walking distance to all attractions, shopping and bars/restaurants. Apartment is spacious and well equipped.

Location and the layout of the apartment for our family of 6 ( 4 teen/ young adults and 2 parents). Our rooms gave us privacy and communal space. Communication with the host was good.

The location was great in terms of being central to all the main sites. The apartment itself was well furnished. The actual letting agents were friendly, communicative and prompt. They provided good information and two sets of keys on request (as we had two couples in our party this was really positive). I liked that they met us in person and did a walk through of the apartment. The apartment bloc is next to parking (although as others have observed it is a test of driving skills). The Cortes Ingles next door is great as well in terms of easy access to a supermarket. The shaded outdoor balcony was lovely. We found restaurant across the street to be good.

Nice spacious apartment, bright and airy, very nice balcony and good location. WIFI is good. Balcony gets the sun very late in the evening which is very good in hot weather. The air conditioning works well but very loud if guests sit on the balcony. There were lots of sheets, towels and kitchen utensils. It is a very well appointed apartment just above El Corte Ingles. Beds are comfortable.

Spacious property in a good location. I booked this property based on reviews by prior guests, I wish I had read further down the list of reviews, specifically May 2022, April 2023, March 2024 and April 2024. Each of these reviews talk about problems with the bathrooms/plumbing. We had issues with the master bedroom en-suite flooding on the first night due to a huge amount of ‘hair’ (resembling a small animal 🤮) clogging the drain. All the towels provided in the apartment were used to soak up the flood. The second bathroom had its own issues. The following morning, on flushing the toilet, raw sewage bubbled up through the shower drain like a geyser, not once but again the following morning, after apparently being dealt with by maintenance people.

It was like our home in Sevilla. We would like to continue to our lives in that house. With 2 kids everything was very easy. Car parking under the house was expensive but it is nearly impossible to find a parking place in Sevilla. The apartment was so comfortable for 4 persons with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. We would like to go again. And the balcony was another nice place of the apartment.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location is very ideal for sightseeing.
