We had a fantastic stay in Seville and felt truly at home. The host and the reception team were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out and collect it later, which made our last day in the city much more convenient. They also provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches such as complimentary coffee and tea. The beds were very comfortable, everything was impeccably clean, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended! 😊

They should do self check in. Is ridiculous to be waiting outside the property until 16:00, queing with other people, and then take another 15 miniutes to enter your apartment

We arrived in Seville around 10am but check-in wasn't util 4pm. We headed to the apartment when we was greeted by a lovely host who allowed us to leave our bags in a locked room so we could venture into the town. We returned at 4pm to check in and everything went smoothly.The location was brilliant just a short walk to find some nice bars and restaurants, i would stay here again if we ever return.

The hotel was not particularly close to the city center, but that was not my main concern. The main issue was that the room and facilities did not match the price we paid. The room was expensive compared to what it actually offered. In terms of cleanliness and condition, the room and bathroom were clearly outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom in particular looked old and rusty, and there were yellow stains in the shower as well as other visible marks. Overall, the room appeared in need of renovation. I would like to note that the receptionist was excellent — very polite, helpful, and professional — and her service was the only positive aspect of our stay. However, there were also issues with the check-in policy. Check-in was only available at 4:00 PM, while most hotels offer it at 3:00 PM. I asked if early check-in was possible, but it was not available. The most disappointing experience happened during check-out. After checking out, we left our luggage at the reception so we could pick it up later. When I asked if I could briefly use the restroom, I was told that it was not possible because the rooms were already assigned for new guests at 4:00 PM. This suggests that clean guest rooms are being used as a luggage storage area, which is both unacceptable and unhygienic. Overall, considering the high price of the room, the quality, cleanliness, and facilities did not meet reasonable expectations

Such a beautiful apartment! Spacious, immaculate & light. High quality linen & fittings. Beautifully comfortable beds & lots of wardrobe space. The outside terrace & furniture would be a real bonus in spring. Easy check in & very friendly receptionist.

A little harder to find but the staff was really helpful and nice!!

The location of this apartment building is perfect. In 10 minutes you are in the center of the city and in 10 minutes you are at the busstation. There is a supermarket in 3 minutes.
