Super convenient location. The room was really comfortable and clean. Access to washing machine was useful. The main bed was super comfortable and the sofa bed did the job. The staff were incredible. They helped organise tickets to a flamenco show and also a taxi for our 6am departure. They were super responsive to any requests.

Nice and quite appartment in the old city, very close to the main spots. Private parking is available (for small cars). Very good communication and support.

The apartment has everything you could need and was spotlessly clean, it is in a great location and a brilliant place to stay. Communication was brilliant with Macarena and her husband spent some time showing us around the apartment and recommending places to visit etc, also the owner of the apartment Jesús Javier messaged to make sure we were ok and enjoying the apartment, he even dropped a new hair dryer round late one evening for my wife due to the one in the apartment being broken. The area the apartment is in felt safe and the apartment block itself is secured with a key coded main entrance and would be suitable for single travellers as well as couples.

The apartment felt like an authentic Spanish home. We were very comfortable. It was in a quiet part of Seville but close enough to the centre to walk everywhere. The staff members we encountered were excellent and very attentive.

This is a very clean and comfortable apartment, ideal for two people. Very quiet area with shops and cafe's close by. Would stay here again when we're in Seville.

Great location - walking distance from train station and to most tourist attractions. Also close to Carrefour supermarket which is very handy, and plenty of choices of restaurants and cafes nearby. Apartment is in a “complex” of apartments with a centre courtyard - very Spanish-style. Very helpful property owner who attended to our needs in a very timely manner. Someone was already on site to meet us when we arrived at the apartment, with keys and door code all ready. Communication with owner was easy and forthcoming.

Spotlessly clean and spacious. Very quiet and private with the inner courtyard available.Kitchen was very clean, as was the bathroom. Excellent location and easy walking to the old quarter. Most things were provided, including cleaning products and so on. Our host was very helpful as was the owner, both reaching out on whatsapp to check in during our stay. If you have the opportunity to dine at La Botica (recommended), then do it ! We had a great night there - thanks Macarena for the suggestion and the other local suggestions offered !

“As comfortable as being at home makes it a great base for adventures”

This has been the best apartment we have stayed in since arriving in Spain. It is in a great location close to the Cathedral, Alcázar palace and other attraction. The area is quite vibrant and packed with great bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was lovely and so well equipped. It was one of the few apartments we have struck that supply condiment like salt, pepper, olive oil, etc, making self catering much more viable. As well, the apartment was full of other thoughtful features such as extra hooks for towels or clothes in the bathroom. Actual closets with usable hanging space a lots of hangers etc. Also air conditioning in bothe the bedroom and living room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Jesús is great host and communicative. It was so good to have someone meet us at check-in and show us the apartment and provide tips about the local area instead of just getting door codes by text message. We highly recommend this as a great place to stay.
