Overall the cottage was good, its view and beds, cleanness and quietness. Also we liked their restaurant - a lot of authentic dishes and prices were affordable. The shore was not so far and I'm sure it will be excellent in summer.

Now it was best place of our entire vacation. Staff was helpful and welcoming with a very chilled atmosphere. The rooms were very cozy and clean, and puppy-therapy for a bonus. We loved it so much and booked it again

The house we stayed in was really well laid out with four bedrooms, a central living space and a terrace, felt bigger than the 34m2 announced. The real asset of this place is the location, the houses having a stunning view on the lake and surrounding nature and the place being super calm. The beach/lake is 5 mins walk from the house, the restaurant even closer. We found the food really good to excellent, unlike some comments I have read and kids actually liked the half-stray dogs as they are rather peaceful. The big plus for us was also the watersports club (Armenian Camp) which is walking distance from the house by the beach and offers water sports rentals. We did a kayak tour along the beaches with kids and it was amazing. For those liking wind sports, quite strong winds pick up in the afternoons in summer for kiting, foiling or windsurfing so bring your equipment! Overall, we should have come here longer as this side of the lake is it is less touristy than the western bank.

We definitely recommend staying at Ayas Port. The place is secluded, not crowded, and free from loud music or unnecessary noise. It’s a perfect escape from the city. The room was small but clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything. In short, we’re already looking forward to coming back!

I liked the room and the hotel surroundings.

We have spent only one day at Port Aya's, the location is out if this world, the Sevan Lake is just couple of minutes away from the buildings, which makes this place ideal for people that would like to swim. The magnificent Kilikia boat is also located on the territory of the resort. It is simply amazing to get to know the history of the boat. It is quite an experience to go on board of this peace of art. The food is great as well, the stuff is extremely welcoming and nice.

All the stuffs are super nice, the house is warm and safe even under a serious rainstorm. Views are super stunning and relaxing, and the facilities are nicely designed and walkable to enjoy the lake side and landscape. Breakfast is tasty and we all love the small pancakes. We all enjoyed so much.

It is a friends- family run place which is a bit hidden - so Dont expect a Starbucks close by- if you have select something from the menu you can be sure that it will be cooked with love by family and friends. Ask for a possible sailing boat rental in the summer. You might love the lake :)
