“Good budget apartment”
For the price, this is a great apartment in Sevan. It's clean, spacious, the shower has hot water and it's cool at night so you don't need air conditioning. The owner is very helpful.

“Really nice and cozy”
His grandfather gave us the key and he was so kind. It was a really nice,cozy and quite place. I recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy going to Sevan lake.

Tiny house, but three is everything what need for a night stay. Well equipped kitchen, nice nad clean bathroom, TV.

“Very clean and private place with a great owner.”
It was very comfortable and quiet place not far from the city center. Aman was very nice and helpful person and as he was usually playing board games with his friends in a small hut next to the apartment, we never had to wait when we needed something. A huge benefit was a kitchen as we bought a fresh Sevan troud along with seasonal vegetable and made ourselves a perfect (and very cheap) dinner.
