“Clean, modern hotel with friendly owners.”

This place was great and recently renovated. We stayed here for two nights while visiting Sevan and the monastery and had a nice stay. The room was exactly what we booked and was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was a window (we couldn't tell from the booking). The owner was very friendly and chatted with us through google translate and showed us his brewery next door, with a few samples as well. We also liked the little candies at the front reception and had one every time we went by. Next door, there is a restaurant, which is attached to the hotel, called Parus lunch. We ate there twice and enjoyed it both times. Many people got the fish BBQ and seemed to say it was quite good. We got the eggplant salad which was excellent, the kebab with bread and a few shawarmas. If staying in Sevan, I'd for sure recommend this place as a modern, clean option.

Good place in the city center, place for parking, very welcoming host, clean rooms. The rooms are on the 2nd floor over the brewery, so extra point if you're a beer fan.

Our stay was excellent. The manager was welcoming, the room was brand new and with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Easy parking in a central location

“Comfortable Stay”

The hotel is in the center of the town. The shower is hot enough and there is a ventilator in the shower room so it gets dry soon. It was in September, but it was cold in the evening. When we asked the owner to turn the heater on, he accepted our request and we had a comfortable stay. If you ask, the hotel washes and dries your laundry for the cost of 1000AMD.

Good location in central Sevan. Really friendly people and so helpful. The breweries beer is excellent and can be brought through to you while you eat at the restaurant out front. Rooms are spacious and super well appointed and clean!

Everything was excellent: cleanliness, comfort, atmosphere, position, heating. Received a hearty welcome and the staff was helpful throughout. Excellently furnished, spacious room, delicious mountain water from tap, and nice window views on top. Definitely recommended.
