“In general, I’m satisfied with my stay and surrounding.”
The person that contacted me thru whatsapp was courteous and professional. She had given a clear instruction on how to collect the apartment key from the door lock. But she only given password to open the lock box at about 3pm. It’s also clean. What I like is I was refunded the deposit on the same day of checkout at 5pm. Compared to my booking at Bstudio at Trefoil shah alam, that property still hasn’t replied to me when I can get deposit back- almost a week now.

Comfort place and cozy design.Clean house and provided wifi, tv box, plate, cup, kettle, microwave, shower amenities,hair dryer. Bed and pillow are comfort too! Convenient location which links the bridge to the Setia City Mall. Nice swimming pool and gym. Car park and lift access with access card which is secure. The owner has provided all the information upfront and it is easy for us to do self check in. Deposit return fast on the same day. Thank you very much.

“Horrible experience”
The electricity went out on the last night of our stay & the host couldn't do anything. We have to find a hotel to stay & worse thing is they don't even want to refund us for that night stay.

The staff is really friendly and efficient. The apartment is really near the Setia Alam Mall and linked by bridge.
