I have booked a homestay with this same host a few times since it's very easy to check in and out. Setia City Mall is just a walking distance. Got a convenient store and self-service laundry downstairs.

Excellent service. The unit is well decorated, clean and comfy. Superb view from the balcony. Setia City Mall is just a walking distance. Many facilities like convenience store, vending machine, cafe and laundry downstairs.
