The host gave very clear check-in instructions, which made everything easy. The location is excellent just a short walk to the Setia Mall and very convenient to access. The facilities are great too, with a swimming pool, gym, mini market, and vending machines like Family Mart. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

frust because I didn't read it before booking, need to put another rm200 deposit. then the process to take the key is complicated . dishes and cups are not clean, sticky, there is a cleaning fee but not clean. choose this place because I'm a content creator so, I want to use the mirror in the toilet, but it's broken, I can't turn it on, the staff is ok, just this kind of experience makes me frust .

The building itself has all that a traveler would need. Shah Alam mall is connected via internal bridge from level 3. It has gym and swimming facilities.
