“Would not recommend, the basics you need to be comfortable were not there.”
No wifi and hosts didn’t fix despite contacting them multiple times. Radiators made awful noises. Mattress on bed was bent into the middle a few inches, sleeping on a slope was so uncomfortable! Sheets were dirty, with mystery stains on the pillowcases and bottom sheet.

The apartment was in a great location to the ski lifts and the facilities were good! Walking distance to all of the main restaurants and shops. It was comfortable and the addition of the washing machine in the apartment was great. Overall a really good stay

Very comfortable and well appointed appartment with excellent WiFi The support from the manager, Luisa was very helpful It would have benefited from some mugs for tea/ coffee , and there is no ski locker so would recommend you store skis somewhere else

self catering. the apartment was a good size for 2 people. it was very clean and the kitchen was very modern with a good microwave, hob, oven and dishwasher. the shower room was clean with a good shower. reasonably close to the ski area, 5 min walk across road

“Great spacious modern apartment - wonderful property manager”
The location was great, easy 5 mins walk to the slopes and a small supermarket. Lots of restaurants nearby. Booking host may not respond during the weekends or evenings because they have 90 apartments under management. I did have a good experience with Elina and our property manager Eliza was truly wonderful. She waited for us at check in and helped us the luggage. She also solved a blocked bathroom drain very quickly, booked a taxi for us with short notice, and she also brought extra towels for us because of the drain incident. She was very responsive and helpful. That made a huge difference to our stay. The apartment was spacious, just as advertised, nice large balcony with the view of the mountain, very reliable WIFI, good modern kitchen and bathroom, clean and quiet. The radiators did have running water sound like the others said, but it didn't bother us. No problem with the deposit, I saw the temporary hold on the deposit disappeared within a day or two, the host didn't reply when I asked as I thought it may take 7 days.
