The location of the hotel is amazing, it has really nice restaurants around and it's a short drive away from Sestriere slopes. Big parking area and this area they even had a small ice skating ring in front of the hotel. The apartments are good sized for a family.

“Tge accomodation did not meet our expectation and i woul not recommend this particular room type”
Description in booking.com said 3 single beds, actually only 1 bed and 2 other places for sleepingwere like mattrasses on the corner shape sofa. None of the two refrigerators was working, receptonist confirmed thst it will be sorted out, never was, also lift was broken and was fixed only after 4 days, given that our appartment was on the 5th floor, ir was not very pleasant. For any issue, when we reported to the reception, the answer was "Talk to booking.com"

One-Bedroom Apartment. Two gests. warm, convenient location. Some thing in the kitchen and shower were broken, but it didn't affect our stay there. The staff is helpful. In the kitchen were enough dishes and utensils. (there was no dish soap and dish sponge. you should bring it with you or buy at supermarket for a few euros) In general the place is good. Recommended.

“Expensive for not being in the town but it was comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay.”
Lovely wooden chalet style accommodation, had some restaurants and small breakfast/shop there so didn’t need to go back to sestriere. Liked the separate single bed downstairs and liked the ladder operation up to mezzanine so could pull it out the way when eating and make it more spacious, the sofas were great for us all to chill out on and the balcony was nice to sit out on. We enjoyed our stay shame it cost so much.

“Great value, charming setting”
After reading some negative reviews we were a bit worried, however no need perfect accommodation for a Ski holiday, couple of decent restaurants under the apartments or indeed stop at Lidl Susa and stock up, would defo stay again, don’t listen to the haters

“Very economical, easy to book and questions were quickly answered.”
Relaxed, nice atmosphere, spacious front hall to relax in and play board games at night. Supermarket had enough basics and pizzeria and restaurant created a nice atmosphere in the square. Shuttle bus was essential to get to ski lifts. This should be better advertised.

The residence is located in a quite nice small village. There is a shuttle to Sestriere during the day, very convenient. The apartment was nice but not very well cleaned.

“Convenient enough for a ski holiday”
The apartments and the hotel complex itself are cozy and clean. The room is warm. Pillows, blankets, bed linen, towels are clean and in sufficient quantities. There are all utensils for cooking. There are capsule and geyser coffee machines. But if you like tea, bring an electric kettle with you :). All cleaning supplies are available. The bathroom has 1 small shampoo, 1 shower gel and 1 roll of toilet paper. :) So take extra hygiene products with you. There was enough hot water for 3-4 people to shower. We were by car, so we got to the ski lift very quickly. The closest gondola lift in 5-6 minutes. There is a large free parking lot near this lift. It was very convenient.
