“Just perfect !”
We have nothing to complain, everything is perfect !! Very warm welcome especially at the breakfast !! You will feel like home here. Cozy bed and blanket. Highly recommend to stay here if you are looking for a place to stay around Sesto !

“I liked the apartment, location and friendly service.”
The apartment is very clean, very good location with available parking and nearby resturants and supermarkets. Coffee machine available in the kitchen but coffee capsules are 1 eur each.

“Cozy place with the great surroundings”
Everything was great! Apartments were super clean, the interior of the place is so cozy. And the best part was the personel, everyone from the people at the reception to the breakfast lady made us, and our two dogs, feel at home!

Warm, welcoming and informative hosts. A lovely accommodation with very comfortable rooms including cooking facilities. Very close to restaurants and plenty of scenic walks. Overall a beautiful part of the world.

“Amazing”
Great room, as clean as it can be! the bed was probably the most comfortable one that I have ever slept on. Federico and Federica were very helpful and nice hosts. Breakfast was also great. Would definitely recommend to anyone. One small constructive advice is to place some thick curtains on the bathroom window since some guests may want to feel a bit more privacy. However, this did not negatively affect our stay!

Very nice and helpful owners dedicated to provide cozy and unforgettable stay at their charming bed and breakfast. This accommodation is definitely worth the money. Breakfast is really good, served by lovely lady and location is great. Waldheim ski lift is really very close and you don’t need a car at all. Also, if you are ski beginner or with small kids, just few steps away from accommodation are ski lifts adjusted for beginners so I find that also as benefit.

The hosts are excellent, professional and courteous. The location is central, walking distance to the main road and shops but just far enough away to be in a quiet area. The building is modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay their again.

“Quiet and comfy, like a hotel”
Everything was amazing - we stayed in the Betullo room which was very new. Everything had a luxurious feel to it including the furnishings, bedding, tapware and lighting. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was huge for two people and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud

“Lovely service, hotel and location!”
The best hospitality service we have experienced in a long time! Delicious breakfasts, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, not to mention that we never moved the car for 5 days because you can walk to everything :D. Francesco and Francesca went out of their way to accommodate us and some last-minute changes to our booking. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Federica and husband were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. The lounge/breakfast area was lovely and we enjoyed one of the best breakfasts we had during our time away. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, we wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely return.
