For one night in Sossusvlei is great, evening camp fire with drinks, nice pool area, we really enjoyed it. There is jacuzzi as well

This was my 65th birthday trip to Namibia and the staff treated me to a large room with a decorated bed, a large dining table on the first night and a special desert with a birthday song partially in Namibian on the second night.

Everything. It was beautiful, the room, the food and the staff were awesome. We also enjoyed the pool area. Would definitely book again if we are in Sossusvlei.

Beautiful hotel built in a moorish style in a stunning location in the desert. Lovely shaded pool area and lovely big well appointed room. . Staff were all superb and attentive. 5 course set meal each night with choice of mains was first class all served high end restaurant style in a beautiful dining area. Drinks very reasonably priced. Preceeded by sundowner in a lovely outdoor area around a bush fire where we saw jackals. Overall just about 5 * as the staff were so lovely, but ...

Loved the big rooms, stunning views, sundowners outside and the Sossusvlei tour where we were accompanied by Abraham. A special moment was our brunch picnic under the trees next to Sossusvlei.

The dinner was great, breakfast as well, there is the breakfast maitre very passionate on pleasing the guest. I liked the open fire and sundowner terrace.

This is a beautiful hotel. Outstanding customer service from the moment you arrive until you leave. The pool area was great after a day out touring. The food of high quality and delicious. We did the sunset tour which was fun. Room had all facilities you would need, and a comfy bed. It was clean and had an evening service. Fabulous and central location. What a wonderful stay, keep doing what you do.
