“Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations due to the spa being unavailable.”

I had been really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, especially because I had heard many positive reviews about the spa. I booked a one-night stay (March 8–9) as a small “self-care getaway” and even took a day off work to fully relax and enjoy the facilities. Unfortunately, the day before my arrival, in the evening — when it was already too late to change plans — I was informed that the spa would be closed. This was very disappointing, as the spa was the main reason I chose this hotel. As an alternative, I was offered access to bowling or billiards, which did not match the purpose of my visit. I asked if it would be possible to arrange at least a massage instead, but this was also declined. The only solution offered was a free cancellation. While I appreciate that the hotel allowed me to cancel without penalty, the situation still significantly affected my plans. I could not reschedule my day off work, and my planned отдых and relaxation simply did not happen. I believe the hotel itself may still be very good, especially the spa, based on others’ experiences. However, my personal experience was disappointing due to the late notice and lack of suitable alternatives.

Well-maintained swimming pool and jacuzzi , nice surroundings, welcoming service, delicious breakfast included in the room service.

Food and wine a la carte in the restaurant was very nice. My partner had a massage treatment and enjoyed it. Nice grounds for a walk around the hotel, parking done well.

The location is perfect, and the room is great — definitely a place where you can relax both body and soul. 🌿

Breakfast was really good. Location and setting are very nice. The indoor pool is good feat but too small and so was crowded. They also had an event for the kids on Sunday morning and brought some pony and llamas to play with

Been here three times already location is nice but it seems the hotel needs rennovation or an updated price list

We liked all the facilities included. The swimming pool with saunas was excellent and included in the price — we really enjoyed that. Breakfast was also good. The location was great — we had a nice walk in the forest, which we really enjoyed. We didn’t manage to try the bicycles, but they are available here, which is a great advantage. The staff were nice and polite. We also visited one of restaurants and food was good.

We liked the location, forest and river near the hotel are really amazing. The swimming pool indoor is a special place for the family with kids. Indoor and outdoor kids areas are also great and sufficient for the active kids for a few days. Breakfast was more than sufficient for demanding guests. Coffee is also decent.
