“It's a coconut situation: hard outside, soft inside”
The suite is clean. The bedrooms are comfortable. The water pressure is strong. Air cond and ceiling fans ensure that it's not hot even during the peak of noon.

“Not going to repeat again.”
Facility overall is OK. The best thing is the large swimming pool. Not much of dining selection at the mall but still ok gor mcd & burger king.

“Super poor. Please improve”
The staff are super rude and bad. The elevator 🛗 almost gonna kill us entire family with the infant. I have story to the owner but she neglected and never take any action . Amerin Mall is super bad except the Macdonals others all so poor I will tstingly suggest people not to risk their life with Amerin mall elevator Cleanliness is also bad

“Friendly and understanding staff”
McDonald’s, Burger King and other established food joints are all located at the ground floor. Supermarket and clothing stores also available for last minute shopping. Wifi and TV programmes available. Friendly and understanding staff at the check-in counter. Easy to check-out also during silent hours. She did not take any deposit when I told her that we would only be staying for 1 night instead of 2 nights booked.
