“Disapointing!”
1, We are over charged $25 each room! To be clear, the $25 over charged each room is not held for security. It's added directly to the rate that I booked in Booking, even the booking is guaranteed by my credit card. 2, There is no freezer in the room, and I was refused to put my ice bag in their freezer in the kitchen.

“The staff and pool were great.”
The hotel had not received my reservation from booking.com. However they worked to secure rooms for us. They reported this has happened frequently in the past. The hotel staff was excellent.
