“BED BUGS”
BED BUGS. May 31st 2026. Slept in bed 6 of the dorm and was bitten in three places. In the early morning I found an adult bed bug on my pillow. Also, the ac was about 2 degrees too low. The bathroom sink soap was empty the entire time. No towels provided, they charge for their use (for an airport hostel where you can't use your towel because you dont have time to dry it, this is opportunistic and i think unfair). Two guests arrived late and unpacked and repacked their bags very noisily in the dorm for about an hour (not the hostels fault but very annoying). Overall a massive disappointment. Somewhere i chose for convenience and comfort was, in fact, the opposite of that. However, the staff was friendly and helpful when I checked in. I checked out very early for a flight so I didnt get a chance to inform anyone of the bed bug issue in person.

We found the accommodations to be very exceptional for the price that we paid . The facilities we found very clean and practical plus the ability to be able to make coffee etc at our own leisure very relaxing and enjoyable .ànd easily available . The showering and bathing rooms are very clean and quite effective in the cleaning of oneself and cannot be faulted as also the toilet areas. The proximity to the food and meal available restaurants ànd fast food places numerous and very close by .ànd were very well priced with Delicious varieties of meals and foods plus drink available. Although to go to places from the location of the premises unless using taxis to go anywhere s by public transport of the bus and rail system the roughly 20 minute walk to the transit rail and bus station can be somewhat taxing upon oneself ít is very extremely worth the stroll as usage if the rail system gets a person both to ànd from kuala lúmphúr international airport in a very short time period as also to the city centre and prices are as they are ... We both have and would have no hesitation whatsoever in re staying at the hostel upon our return to Kuala lúmphur ., in general terms it is very suitable for both short term and long term stays and pleasant in staff outlook and attitude and helpfulness if required ...enjoyable and quiet for rest and sleep times plus air conditioning in the rooms very relaxing upon the removal of humidities associated with Kuala Lúmphur ...will stay with the hostel again upon our return ....

There’s 1 guess, opened YouTube all night and it was a bit annoying. Because sometime I couldn’t sleep. Should have rule to be quiet after 10 pm or midnight.

I had a wonderful stay. Jo in particular went out of his way to ensure I had all I needed - this included a better room than originally booked which was much appreciated!! All the other staff were lovely as well. The bed was comfortable with good AC, and the location was incredibly convenient. Thank you guys!!
