“Mr Zarif - exceptional customer service”
At my request, I was moved to Kepler Airside. The directions for Airside are really straightforward and the facilities are amazing - they even have heated toilet seats! Mr M. Zarif was absolutely exceptional in his customer service. He even remembered where I was heading to hours after he'd dealt with many other guests and looked up the gate for me! He is the epitome of Malaysian hospitality. I'll be back.

A great option for an overnight airport stay. Located inside KLIA Terminal 1, it saved us the cost and inconvenience of travelling into Kuala Lumpur for just one night.

Reception was easy to find and well located, with access to the food garden - which had lots of different options. The pod itself was clean and comfortable. Showers were good too. Staff were lovely and the complimentary coffee machine was an added touch. Would stay again.

I absolutely loved my capsule room at the Kepler Club Kuala Lumpur Airport. The location was extremely convenient, staff were lovely and helpful and the facilities were excellent. It was so nice and refreshing to be able to shower and sleep overnight before my next flight. Highly recommend!

“Great experience”
The very friendly and helpful staff especially receptionist, Adam, who made me feel welcomed. The location, within Terminal 1, means great accessibility to flights and waiting for arrivals, like I was. Place had good facilities...showers, lockers, storage areas, quiet, and within the cubicle itself. Highly recommend for unwinding and refreshing up!
