“Stay was average. Please improve your communication model. Please clean up the whole building to make it more attractive”
The walls opposite our property were stained with dirt and did not give a welcoming impression. There was a mix up of keys where I was issued a key that belonged to another guest. Communication was poor and though I eventually got the right keys, measures should be taken to avoid such errors. I also requested for aircon dot be fixed in my apartment but nobody came to fix it.

Facilities is not as promised in the advertisement. Booked for 4 adult , bed only available for 3. My sister need to sleep on the floor. This is the first and last loo . Promote Netflix is available but in actual not working , tv hang. No washing machine is available .

Everithing clean The swiming pool. I recomend to do the chechk in from the airport because you need internet to do ir, you do it yourself, es easy but you need internet and to know english.

“Nice”
Good location as we were attending meeting at holiday inn. Security was good. I think lots of units are homestay/airbnb hence i do not feel awkward lugging my luggage around. Lots of eating places within walking distance.
