The hotel is normal for a short stay.Hotel is near KLIA and convenience shop is just next to it. staff is friendly and room is clean.

I like the location. It is surrounded by convenient stores, pharmacies, clinics and eateries. It is a walking distance to KIP Mall. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious enough for the two of us. The hotel also provides a transporter number / e-hailing that I can book to take me to the airport.

Very nice place for short stay. We stayed there for a day and the support staff was amazing and very helpful. The travel agent was very helpful and took us for a city tour and dropped us off at the airport. We loved our stay there. Thank you

The location is very good, but my room 102 has AC and the television doesn't work. Two employees took turns fixing the television. The second employee was rude, he came in carrying a bag of sweet drinks with no ice. Unprofessional. I asked him why he was servicing me while carrying a drink.

“A pleasant and hassle-free stay in a great location.”
Everything is good. A food place that is very close to the hotel and makes it easy for us to find food late at night.
