Appreciated the hotel’s approach to sustainability and charging for one-time use items such as toothbrushes or toothpaste. In return, they offered free consumption of their mini bar daily.

Hotel location, design, the staff were friendly, it was well secured and it was a peaceful hotel. The location is good to the Metro and its a nice area.

The refillable mini bar was a huge plus- we appreciated the cold drinks to cap off an evening, taking out the need for a convenience store run!:) There were variations in the breakfast menu that kept it interesting. Although the spread was small, it was all well made. The rollaway bed for our 11 year old was huge- can actually comfortably fit 2 adults. The self-service laundry machine malfunctioned in one round, but was immediately addressed by the team. The pantry was perfect to enjoy our take out. The hotel is a short walk from Sinsa station - armed with a Climate Card, navigating Seoul was easy and quick! In short, Voco by Gangnam was able to hit my checklist to make our 7 day stay in Seoul comfortable:)

“Great service and location”

Location. Right next to ID Hospital where my husband had a surgery. Food was good and rooms are decent in size and amenities. The gym was decent for a normal workout. The cleaning lady went above and beyond when we asked the room to be cleaned.

Great location in centre of Gangnam district. Nice facilities, great breakfast and great to see a four start providing free mini bar for a change.

I lost my 12 Labubu and clothes in room, they deny to admit it. I think the house Keeper was stealing my stuff and not been reported. Very very bad

“Friendly staff, nice design”

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had heavy luggage and one of the receptionists proactively took it to my room for me.

The hotel is right by Garosugil. So quite convenient for shops, cafes, bars, etc. It is quite new; overall, a good stay.

Location was fabulous; food, bars and cafes and shopping were right at the doorstep. Staff were very warm and helpful; their assistance with getting taxis made all the difference. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Best of all, there were 'communal rooms' on each floor where you can heat up food and drink, get ice, get water and just eat or drink outside your room but staying on the same floor. Since no one else used the room, it was like having a private kitchen or work area outside our actual room. Very convenient and such great idea!

The hotel is a 6 minute walk from Sinsa metro station and a 2 minute walk to a bus stop. It was easy to get taxis to and from the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the minibar was entirely free of charge while being replenished daily. Staff were very nice and helpful.
