“Korea Trip 2026”
Everything abput my stay was perfect. I frequently travel to Korea but this was my 1st time with The Plaza and I am very impressed and happy with my stay. To begin with the staff is very kind, helpful and fluent in English. The facilities are top notch compared to other hotels I have stayed in Seoul. The location is prime. Close to the palace, subway station right at the gate and airport bus drop off at the hotel entrance.

“A lovely hotel in a great location.”
This property is in a great location. It gives an excellent first impression - it smells divine! The room was comfortable and we had a great view over City Hall. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Staff quality varies quite a bit where basic queries seem to annoy some. Check in and check out process could be smoother as you would expect of a higher end hotel

“business trip, next time i will pick another hotel”
The heating system did not seem to operate correctly, it was always quite cold, despite my efforts to increase the temperature. Also, one day returning from a day out, my room door was wide open, the cleaning staff was not close by so I was worried. My belongings were there but I could not understand why this happened! it was quite annoying. Overall, it's a nice hotel but rooms need renovations. The breakfast is very expensive.

Great location, convenient to shopping and many restaurants. The rooms are of a good size, clean and the hotel is very quiet. The fragrance once you walk into the lobby is beautiful and feels like home
