“View, room size, location, decor and helpful staff”
Staff was very helpful with my queries. Location was perfect near the tourist hot spot but not too close for someone who is less interested into the bustling and crowded locations. The room was incredible, spacious, breathtaking views which made y birthday celebration feel extra special. Room was clean, had enough space for all our luggage and the decor felt very neat. Did not have time to try any of the facilities but sure they would have been amazing.

“Modern and luxurious stay in Seoul. Better than the old school legacy hotels.”
The rooms were modern and luxurious (maybe a little small) and enjoyed how they connected the space with the bathroom. Penhaligons toiletries were a bonus. We had a drink in the bar which had a really nice vibe and good drinks selection and service.

The room was clean, the gym was big and had a lot of equipment. The capsules for coffee and the nespresso machine were in the room free of charge

The rooms were well equipped with everything you needed. The bed was super comfortable with great pillows. Breakfast was great and not crowded which was a bonus

“Fab stay in Seoul”
Great location for getting around the city (we had a Namsan Tower view room!) and was around an 8 minute walk from the nearest subway station. The staff were so friendly and helpful for when we had questions or needed something (ordering us a taxi and preparing a breakfast takeaway box when we were missing breakfast due to an early flight!). The room was spacious, beds comfortable and had everything you could need.

“Great hotel with excellent staff”
The staff are wonderful here, Jack at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Breakfast is absolutely brilliant and worth getting up early for. The views across Seoul are great and the Urban Escape pool is fun. The facilities are excellent. We stayed in a Hanok at our first time in Seoul which was special and I’d recommend, but for a different vibe and a very good hotel I’d stay here again too.

“Amazing Stay 💯”

“Nice hotel”
The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and even quite spacious , which added to the overall comfort. The breakfasts were good, with a nice variety to start the day comfortably.

“Excellent hotel in a great location”
Beautiful, generous size room with a stunning view of Namsan Tower. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite and the location was excellent. Absolutely loved our stay here.

“Great location and excellent spa in city hotel”
The location was excellent and the room large for a city hotel. But the best thing about this hotel was its spa and the seshin experience. For this alone, this hotel gets top marks from me!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They always tried to accomodate our request in the least possible time. Breakfast was delicious and could satisfy every taste. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel

“Would come back again!”
Location was perfect. Very close to bus and metro station. Cafes, bakeries, restaurants whether korean or international were all reachable by foot. Staff extremely friendly. Checking in and out was extremely easy. Daily house keeping kept the room clean and tidy, also housekeeping staff was very friendly. The view from our room was directly in front on Namsan Tower and the decor of the room was modern and stylish.
