The room wasn't clean; I think they hadn't cleaned it, there were probably underwear left from the previous person's stay. We were disappointed. They even charge for a toothbrush.

The hotel is beautiful and staff are kind and helpful. Perfect location as the lotte world mall is next door and you have a range of amazing restaurants to choose from. The subway is a 5mins walk line 2 and very easy to use. I have loved my stay so far

“Cherry Blossom stay”

The location is very convenient with a lot of good food near the property and lotte world and mall are just next to the hotel. Breakfast is excellent.

“Excellent service from a Luxury Hotel”
The service staff were excellent and speak good English. I have a choked drainage in the toilet and it was fixed within 15mins of calling the front desk at night. The location was great as it was next to Lotte World and plenty of restaurant around the hotel. I have to say you get what you pay for. Thanks.

The location was fabulous. The proximity to subway station was great. It was close to the Lotte World park, which was one of the important destinations of the trip. The room was extremely comfortable and modern, and the cleaning staff maintained it impeccably. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Great location, rooms were spacious and clean. Great selection for buffet breakfast. Very grateful they gave us 2 rooms with a connecting door, makes traveling with kids a lot easier.

An amazing stay at the Sofitel. Service second to none with comfortable beds and sizeable room. Loved the coffee machine and large soft towels. Beautiful lake outside the door with gorgeous light display
