Open from February 2016, Shilla Stay Guro is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Exit 6 of Guro Digital Complex Subway Station on Line 2. This Samsung Group's hotel offers easy access to popular neighbourhoods including Hongdae, Sindorim, COEX and Euljiro 1-ga/Myeongdong within a 30-minute subway ride. This modern business hotel houses a restaurant, bar, fitness centre and offers free WiFi throughout the property. Elegantly furnished in neutral colours, air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and minibar. The en suite bathroom comes with free toiletries, bathrobes and a hairdryer. “Enjoyed our stay”
Cozy and clean rooms, helpful staff. Good quality breakfast. Location close to a metro station and pn the route of the transfer bus to the airport. We stayed here twice at the start and at the end of our trip.

Exceptional and caring front desk team – truly saved our trip!I cannot thank the front desk team enough for their incredible help. During our stay, my family member had a medical emergency at 2:00 AM. The night staff quickly handled the situation and called an ambulance for us.Due to the emergency, we had to check out early and urgently needed to print insurance papers. Chloe at the front desk was an absolute angel. She was incredibly gentle, proactive, and friendly. She smoothly coordinated our schedule and helped us with everything.The entire front desk team is amazing. Their shift handovers are flawless. Every time we walked by, every staff member knew our situation and treated us with pure kindness. Chloe and the team turned a scary situation into a comforting experience. Highly recommended!

Although I arrived late to check in, I received very kind and excellent service, and the staff everywhere were so friendly that I was able to stay very comfortably. While the breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, it was clean and well-equipped with everything necessary, making it a very satisfying meal. It was a very good experience. It was my first time staying at Shilla Stay, and it was an experience that made me want to keep coming back.

“Happy first time experience”
Staff were very helpfrul. Big thank you to Ella.Lim for the warm welcome and the smooth check-in process. Room was clean and spacious, hotel is close by to the subway , restaurants and convient stores. While far from the main Seoul touristy areas the location itself was very nice with alot to do. Hotel has no cleaning service but there is a quirky laundrette about 3 mins away from the hotel, can ask staff for directions. I really enjoyed my stay at Shilia Guro and I'm more then likely going to stay there again when I return to seoul. Was a great first time experience for a solo traveller

Sophia, our front desk staff, was very kind and accommodating to us and our need for an early check-in. The included café on the second floor has delicious breakfast and dinner buffets. Good food and decent value.

“5 star experience”
Reception staff 5 star superior! Speaking good english (that is not common at all in Seoul.) To see people welcoming you with a smile every time you enter the door is priceless. Tyler was very nice to us at check in. We got our room even before 15.00. We also had a free coffee coupon for the bar. They also have a gym. A computer and a printer at your disposal in the hall for free.. Airport bus: 1 minute walk. The room is really nice and very clean. You have coffee, tea, green tea... The bathroom is wonderful and prepared with everything you might need. We really had a pleasant stay and a good sleep. Thank you.
