Great service, food was delicious and breakfast had a great variety in the buffet. Room was a good size, comfortable and clean. Facilities was good. Gym was basic but fine for a simple workout.

Housekeeping was fabulous, very clean hotel, fantastic attention to detail from the concierge, reception staff and housekeeping. The property is in a good location, just a few minutes walk away from the subway stations and some of Seouls main attractions. Had a beautiful view of Namsan tower from our room - we were only on the 11th floor but as you can see from the photo, beautiful views. Plenty of halal uzbek cuisine places round the back, and lots of convenience stores a stones throw away.

Nice facilities - choice of indoor and outdoor pool, plus good fitness and sauna in changing rooms. The staff seem nice enough, although the whole approach to managing access to facilities needs to be re-thought with guest experience in mind.

Great location, easy 2 minute walk to the metro. My toddler loved the kids zone on floor 2 and our suite was very spacious. Good to have access to a washing machine in our suite as we were able to do lots of laundry (given we had already been in SK for a week before checking into Novotel) Breakfast was good but could do with having different options on different days

“Modern style and good location hotel near Dongdaemun in Seoul Korea”
I loved the spacey room and bathroom. The bed was comfy and the hotel location was easy to get all the trip attraction in Seoul. The swimming pool looks so nice that I think better pack up my swimsuit next time. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet was so beautiful.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotels & Residences. A big highlight was the spacious two-bedroom apartment (around 80 m²), which felt like a real luxury—especially when traveling with a teenage child. Having that extra space made the stay much more comfortable and relaxing. The breakfasts were excellent—honestly the best we had during our stay in Seoul. In particular, the soup (similar to a clear broth, where you can add rice noodles, napa cabbage, and pak choi) was exceptionally delicious and truly worth highlighting. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the metro and close proximity to DDP, making it a great base for exploring the city. We also really appreciated having a washing machine in the room, which is a huge plus for longer stays. On top of that, the staff was consistently kind and helpful throughout our visit. We would definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.

“Sweet service staff who went the extra mile”
The staff went above and beyond to make the stay special. Eddie at the front desk helped us check in our luggage when we arrived early (room wasn't ready yet) and pointed us to the correct metro line while Eric Yu who eventually did the check-in arranged a wonderful chocolate cake for us which was so yummy, as well as complimentary drinks at the bar to make our honeymoon special! Feel so blessed to be well taken care of by every front desk staff even till the check out, when I needed help arranging luggage transfer to my next hotel in Busan!
