“Stunning hotel, would definitely recommend”

What an amazing find this hotel was. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a junior suite which gave us access to the lounge area with breakfast, afternoon tea, evening drinks and "snacks" which easily became dinner. Our room was enormous and beautifully styled in a Parisian theme which we couldn't fault. The staff, especially a lovely young lady named Irene, treated us like Royalty and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Seoul. The location was perfect, very happy.

The rooms are quiet and large. The aesthetic is considered and the location in Myeongdong is convenient.

Everything about this hotel felt luxurious and special from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We received a complimentary room upgrade which was a lovely surprise, and the suite was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom facilities were amazing, especially the large bath, heated mirrors, Dyson hair dryer, and thoughtful touches like dressing gowns and slippers. The hotel has a gorgeous Parisian-inspired design and even smells amazing when you walk in. The bar had fantastic cocktails and excellent service, with city views, and the location was perfect — right next to the subway and close to Namdaemun Market and the Namsan Cable Car. One of the best hotels we have stayed in anywhere in the world.

The location is amazingly convenient. It’s close to both bus station and metro station. The property is clean and well-designed and not to emphasize less that the room was quite modern, equipped with automatic curtains, toilet. The cleaning service was very nice and you could actually smell the cleanness of the bedding. :) The in-room service was pretty convenient and could be done easily through the provided tablet.

The bed was very comfortable. This really helped post a long flight! Hotel staff were attentive and kind. It had a good feel. The French theme mildly amusing.

Everything was beautiful. One of the most visually stunning hotels we have ever stayed at. The suite was fantastic. The bed was so comfortable. The bath was perfect after having gotten off a long flight. The room service and breakfast buffet were super tasty. I would stay again, I’m sad we only stayed one night.
