The staff are exceptional. There is always someone to help. The hotel itself is beautiful and they take a lot of care in keeping the place clean and well presented. It definitely feels luxurious. Our room was beautiful with Byredo products, dyson hairdryer and super fancy gadgets. We felt well taken care of and the facilities in the hotel were great too! We spent a bit of time relaxing in the hotel and so the price tag was worth it.

It was so amazing that I extended my stay an extra night! Concierge team was so helpful and hospitable. Ms. Winter park at the front desk assisted me with a few last minute changes I requested and she was extremely kind and efficient. Will definitely make my way back here next time I visit ✨

“Memorable”
One of the most beautiful hotel I have ever done. The pool, the gym and the breakfast are exceptional. Insonorisation between rooms and corridor is great. Everyone is super nice. I highly recommend.

Amazing hotel with outstanding service! The staff is extremely attentive and always ready to help — they truly go above and beyond to meet every request. The level of service is exceptional and makes you feel genuinely welcome. The food in the restaurants is absolutely delicious — every meal was a real pleasure. European hotels really have something to learn from this level of hospitality! Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to come back.

All staff are so nice and politely. Specially Anne from Front Desk, IRD team, and concierge team are so great with greeting. Thanks so much for the arrangement for room upgrade, appreciate it and for sure will come back next time. Cleanness is wonderful and I guess HSKP did a great job too. Wonderful hotel with good design and good people. Highly recommended👏🏻👏🏻
