The hanok was beautiful and traditional on the outside, yet modern on the inside which was so enjoyable and comfortable for us to stay in. Owner was also very responsive with our requests and questions.

A wonderful holiday home. The house had everything necessary for cooking and all bathroom accessories. Convenient location inside the village. The house is perfect for a holiday with children, as well as a romantic trip. Special thanks to the hostess for her care!

“Quaint and quiet little village located about 25-30 minutes from Seoul City Centre by car.”
Located about 25-30 minutes by car from Seoul city centre, this was a quaint and quiet little village. The surrounding area was quiet at night, but the villa is shared with other people. However, when we stayed it was early January and we were the only occupants, other than the owners, who didn't disturb us. The room was adequate and cosy for two people, and the hosts had put the heating on for our arrival. There were ample kitchen and bathroom amenities and everywhere was clean. I would recommend this place.

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable house. It’s quiet, and when you wake up in the morning—or even at night—you can really smell the freshness of the surroundings. It’s also very near the famous Bukhansan, so it’s easy to head out for a hike.

“Stellar Hanok stay in an idyllic Seoul landscape”
It’s a unique experience to live in a traditional Korean hanok, with all the perks of a modern state-of-the-art house. The host is an extremely attentive, kind lady that greeted us with delightful peaches upon our arrival. Everything was sparkling clean, the beds were super comfortable and the location is bar none. The hinoki bathroom was spectacular, thoroughly enjoyed taking baths there, the design of the bathrooms themselves is beyond any description, top notch. A particular mention - the selection of the shampoos/shower accessories shows the hand of a master.
