If you're looking for a place that actually feels like a home, this is it. Most places in Seoul are quite small, but this house was impressively large and spotless. The free pick-up service from the airport was such a professional touch and saved me a lot of stress. The location is perfect—it’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood where you can actually sleep peacefully, yet it’s still very convenient for transportation. The host was super helpful with local tips and quick to answer any questions. It’s rare to find this much space at such an affordable price in the city.

The house is decorated with attention and you can see the personal touch of the hosts! The amenities are great, including washing machine and drier, tea and snacks, and toiletries. The residential neighbourhood was great and enabled us to get away from the more chaotic centre of town while being able to still enjoying access to transport and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The free shuttle from the airport is a great touch!

We stayed at Haiyan House as a group of 6, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is very spacious and well-equipped — it has 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms (with a bidet), a basement, two kitchens, and a comfortable living area. We especially appreciated the washing machine and dryer, air conditioning, bathroom heater, and air purifier — everything was designed for comfort. The hosts were incredibly kind and generous. They refused to let us pay for the van taxi from the airport, and they even welcomed us with fresh strawberries and delicious baked goods. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a clean, spacious, and well-located place with exceptional service!

Our stay at Haiyan House was nothing short of amazing! The place was on top of a hill, and beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and serene atmosphere that really felt like a home away from home. The sunrise view is absolutely serene! Kitae and Nayoun were exceptional hosts - warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail to ensure our experience was perfect. From their helpful tips about the area, where to visit, how to walk and navigate around, to their genuine hospitality, they truly went above and beyond, especially Kitae's mum who personally greeted us at the roadside and walked with us to the house, and she had filled the fridge with thoughtful goodies such as eggs, tangerines, juice, soda, cookies. I highly recommend Haiyan House to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. I can't wait to return again next time (this time with better stamina to tackle the stairs uphill...but not to worry, you can always reach the house by car) ~ Location is good, easy transfer to anywhere via Dongmyo metro on Line 1 (7mins walk downhill from the house).

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of wonderful, thanks to the host's thoughtful touches and the property's stunning attributes. Nestled atop a hill, the house offers breathtaking views that became a daily delight. The beauty of the home is matched by its comfort, especially notable in the basement entertainment room. This space was a hit with the kids, and cozy at all times. We were incredibly grateful for the host's generosity, from the coffee and assorted goodies waiting for us in the fridge to a surprise gift at the end of our trip, which was a delightful cherry on top of our stay. The custom guide, beautifully designed and easy to navigate, was a great help. Although we only managed to visit a few of the recommended restaurants, those we did try were excellent. The flexibility shown by allowing us to store our luggage before check-in was greatly appreciated, making our arrival stress-free and convenient.

Thanks to your thoughtful hospitality, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.The accommodation was very clean, and each room had a unique atmosphere, making everything feel fresh and new. The bedding was also extremely comfortable. The scenery was beautiful, and we enjoyed taking daily walks in the nearby Naksang Park. In the media room, we comfortably watched K-dramas on Netflix, which added to the pleasant experience. We will definitely visit again on our next trip to Korea. Thank you for leaving us with such wonderful memories.

This place was beyond our expectations! We had such a great time staying at this place. This place matched the exact descriptions and what was shown in the photos. The place has three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms with a living room and a full kitchen (had an additional kitchen in the master bedroom too!) on the main floor with an additional TV room downstairs where we could still watch Netflix without disrupting the rest of us who had to work. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and fully stocked with basic necessary items such as coffee/tea/toiletries, and we had no problem using hot showers. The location was amazing. We enjoyed our walk to Naksan Park every day. I also noticed that the nearby area was featured in many K dramas such as Castaway Diva on Netflix, which made our daily more fun! I would strongly recommend it!
