From the moment you arrive, you truly feel that the staff are happy to welcome you. The level of service is the best I have experienced in any hotel, across all the countries I have visited around the world. The room is spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The pools, spa, and sauna facilities are outstanding and maintained to the highest standards. Everything about this resort is exceptional. The attention to detail, the warm hospitality, and the beautiful surroundings create a truly memorable experience.

Amazing hotel with numerous restaurants close for options outside of the Hotel. Hotel food although a more expensive compared to restaurants in the nearby town was of very high quality and presentation, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. There is a convenience store located in the hotel that had a good selection of products for your needs and same prices as in the town.

Very comfortable, just off the cycle trail and convenient for restaurants and the no7 cafe in the harbour. Staff very accommodating, breakfast was very good.

Hotel room was spacious, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet with wide choice and all well cooked and presented. Staff were lovely, helpful, friendly and professional, but English was limited, although not an issue. Bar 99 was a great place to relax with a pianist and singer in the evening. A special mention to the new general manager, Jamie Lee, who went out of her way to speak to us and make us feel very welcome, and even left a lovely personalised card in our room. The little touches go a long way.

The hotel has sufficient facilities, restaurants, a good cafe and bar for a restful stay without needing to leave its compound. There an also many other restaurants and convenience stores within its walking distance. A superb place to unwind.

Great staff, great food and very comfortable rooms

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, which we appreciated. However, a major downside was the strict and unexpected pool rules, which were not mentioned at the time of booking. All children — even those who can swim and are supervised by their parents — were required to wear life jackets in the 1.3m deep outdoor pool. During the lifeguards’ break, everyone, including adults, had to leave the water. On top of that, swim caps were mandatory in the indoor pool. For Western tourists, these rules can come as a shock. Our children were very disappointed, and this significantly affected our experience. That’s why, despite the good service, we give the hotel a negative overall rating.

“Wonderful stay, lovely breakfast”

Lovely property which was refurbished last year. We loved our huge junior suite in the resort building :). Breakfast is a choice of continental or 1 of 3 korean sets (beef bone soup, abalone porridge or kimchi stew). We tried all 3 korean choices, they are all delicious but wished they were a little more generous with the abalone for the porridge. There is also a bakery in the hotel building, which has good bakes and also serves coffee. It was a little noisy in the evenings as there is some sort of amusement park or show nearby, but the noise does stop around 10pm. There are a lot of food options on the street right next to the resort building exit. We did choose this property for the tennis court. So we were a bit disappointed that the tennis court was not really a proper one, it was more of a basketball court surface :(

The hotel was perfect! We stayed in the ocean-view room and the view was breathtaking. In-room dining quality was also good. All facilities (restaurants, bakery, stores)are very good and have high quality.

Room a little old and needs some refurbishment. Would be good if a mix of hard and soft pillows were provided. Was expecting a more modern room given the price charged.

The size of the deposit box was too small to store any items of tablet/laptop size.

-The 24h convenience store was the best part of this hotel. -Location next to the sea, with great views even from the non-sea side. Local restaurants and cafes around at walking distance. -Lots of comfortable sunbeds at the pool -Table tennis and billiard available for free -Room (hotel) is clean and spacious. The property overall looks gorgeous!
