Hotel is exactly as described, so no surprises!! The location was a nice surprise, really good local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

It is obvious that management has tried their best to make your stay comfortable. Everything one might need for a comfortable stay is generously provided including decaffeinated coffee pods and fizzy drinks and daily replenishing of bottles of water and coffee pods! The laundry area is a dream! Clean, very well provisioned. Only lacking an iron. Water pressure was very good.

The overall architecture of the villa is beautiful, with elegant lines and a tasteful interior. The sea view is lovely (though much farther from the beach than expected — not within walking distance). The private pool and indoor spa were spacious and enjoyable. The B&O Bluetooth speaker was a thoughtful luxury touch.

The hotel was a uniquely designed state of the art building with generous apartments and villas. We stayed in a modern apartment with two bedrooms and a huge terrace with jacuzzi that we loved. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It was great we could wash our clothes in the laundry room for free. You can also lend board games from the reception. The public spaces were beautiful and the restaurant quite nice.

We enjoyed heating the private swimming pool for our kids, who could play all afternoon in water. There is a lot of space to accommodate everybody in the family, to play or to relax. The restaurant is expensive for Korea but has great options and delicious meat.

Great service. The front desk staff members hand the cleaning staff are all very friendly and responsive. The room is modern and clean. The pool is even heated. Super nice!

Credit to the service staff were helpful, prompt and friendly. The location was close to some good restaurants around and the ocean view was good from the Bay suite.

I liked the temperature of the swimming pool , at first when I have checked the temperature in Jeju, I have thought whether the pool needs to be heated, but when I've tried using the pool at night time 23:00 , the temperature of the pool was actually warm enough and close to temperature outside.

I stayed here in 2016 and really liked the spacious rooms (stayed in the villa) and cleanliness of the property. Coming here again in 2024, I was not disappointed as the management had kept the property clean and well maintained. The staff are very hospital, extremely helpful with our Hallasan queries and everyone spoke really good English such that we had no communications issues. Crystal, in particular really helped us with our Hallasan queries.
