The location was ideal, a ten minute walk from the centre. A beautiful walk along the river. I stopped over as I was traveling from Cherbourg to Zurich, this was half way. I will definitely stop here again. The staff were so friendly and very helpful.

Great location, 5 min walk to city centre. Friendly staff. We had breakfast with many choises. Free parking at premises. Room and bed was fine. Windows opnened for fresh air. Bathroom was fine.

This is the best place to stay in Sens. I had a comfort room and it was huge. Importantly, it is in a good part and safe part of Sens, parking is very easy and everything is as it should be. The breakfast was fantastic. But the thing I appreciated the most was easily the staff. On the check in to be greeted with a water, map of the city, advice where to go and what to eat etc was a very nice touch. It felt like staff were willing to accomodate anything you needed. To prove this point, I left a folder of documents in my room and this was only discovered when I was hours away. The hotel however called me and after requesting sent it promptly to my hotel in Paris for pickup at the end of my trip. They did this free of charge, provided me a tracking number and even arranged for express postage. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel is in the town center, easy to reach and there are shops and attractions near by. Generally price per quality ratio was acceptable. Receptionists were open to discuss the issues I experienced.

Room was clean and comfortable. Possible to charge electric vehicle over night in the secure car park. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Hotel close to town centre, but quiet. We would stay here again.

We stayed in 2 ‘comfort’ rooms for 2 adults and 2 teenagers (and our Labrador). Both rooms were very clean and spacious. The shower was one of the best EVER. It was absolutely amazing. The air conditioning was brilliant and so welcome in the hot weather we had. Parking in front of the hotel. Our dog cut her paw (not the hotels fault), and the lady on reception was so kind and gave us details for a few local vets so we were able to get her sorted very quickly. Also a fantastic location being a few minutes walk to the town and very close to the river. We would definitely stay here again.
