Emilie, the host, was very welcoming and showed us all the available facilities, which were excellent. This lace is a garden haven in the middle of town and an unexpected delight. The garden is quite extensive and full of fruit trees with free-ranging exotic chicken. A delightful stay; we'll come agaqin.

When we arrived we were introduced to the owners who were very helpful and gave us lots of information about the accommodation. They had a great knowledge of the area and where we could eat. The accommodation was well situated in the town with a short walk to the main place in front of the first gothic cathedral.The accommodation was well stocked with coffee and we were made to feel at home. The WiFi worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely place, hidden oasis in the city of Sens with a garden. Highly recommended, we would book it again without hesitation. We appreciated the flexible check-in, the (optional) breakfast in the beautiful garden, our kids playing with the little chicken, even a pool was available to us.

Quirky, secure, amiable host who speaks good English, very good situation just outside the old walls. Great place for a stopover. The old town is on your doorstep. The town hall is worthy of a capital.

Both Emilie et Jean-Pierre were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was unique and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. We would also return for a repeat visit.

The breakfast was exceptional, we got coffee, fresh orange juice, pastries, a baguette, marmelade and butter every morning. There were chicken in the garden that were absolutely adorable and made the atmosphere while eating breakfast outside really calm and nice. The hosts were also very kind and always prepared to help, I could not praise them enough. It truly was a wonderful place to stay. There's air conditioning, the bathroom is very clean and the apartment itself is very nicely decorated.

Very quiet and private. Lovely garden with fruit trees and hens. The rooms were comfortable, superbly furnished/equipped. The he host was responsive, flexible on check-in time (we needed early access to the rooms to get ready for a wedding, which the host accommodated) and very welcoming. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

We were welcome in the most nice way. The lady onwer carried our lugguage and understood we were tired and after the initial chatter, she lets us be. The large beautifully decorated in the Art Nouveau style and done with taste was pleasing. The small bathroom toilet shower area was funtional and lit automatically when on entering the area. TV, small fridge, and microwave area for making tea and coffee with the proper equipment did not interfer with the style of the room. The beds were comfortable. They have some breed hens and cockels. It was a joy for me to see them roming free. Loved it! We could not have asked for more.

We had the tiny but lovely little room in one corner of their pleasant flowery grass-covered courtyard/garden. The owner was exquisitely helpful, present and friendly. The location just outside the town center is perfect and you can park your car inside the courtyard.

The house is perfect for a family, with children. Rustic and modern combined with great taste, and with a beautiful garden where the chickens run free among the peral trees. The breakfast are also good and it is very comfortable to take it in the apartment. It was a pleasure dealing with Emilie.
