Absolutely gorgeous home just a 7 min drive from the Ljubljana airport. Rooms are on the top floor and share a common kitchen with all amenities. Rooms themselves are cozy, comfortable and clean.

We had an amazing vacation, everything was perfect: quiet, we didn't hear anything from the highway, as mentioned, large and very comfortable room, balcony, parking near the house and an excellent breakfast! Rok's mother spoiled us every morning with goodies, everything of high quality and extremely tasty, the tea was wonderful! The area is gorgeous, lots to do and visit. Thank you and we can't wait to come back!!

“Exceptional BnB accommodation”

Excellent BnB accommodation with a plentiful quality breakfast in a super quiet location. Room was spacious with quality fittings and was exceptionally clean. High quality teas and coffee available in breakfast room with delicious dried apple and a good selection of home mede biscuits. Fruit basket also available. Parting gift of a bag of the delicious home made herbal tea was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

Hiša na Vrtu is great place if you want to enjoy both Ljubljana and beautiful mountains. Our room was very clean and cozy. And yes, the breakfast is really great!

“Great apartment with amazing breakfast”

Alpha & omega was breakfast, it was so delicious, everything was homemade and we liked it so much. Room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Very nice view from the room to the mountains. Location is really close to the highway, but we have not heard it at all over the night.

The room was very clean and nicely furnished, the whole floor was newly renovated and very beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. The hosts were the best! It's a family owned B&B, the younger guy who welcomed us helped us with organising our day trip to Ljubljana and he borrowed us his city card, so that we can park in the Park&Ride city parkings. The breakfast was exceptional! Very rich plates with all types of cheese and meats, with different types of bread, sweets and fresh fruits. The vegetables were from the garden of the parents, who own the house. The mother gave us a pack of tea from her garden as a present as we left.

“excellent stay 10/10”

perfect location as we were looking for an overnight location for an early plane departure . despite an arrival later than expected, greeted with a very warm welcome . The two rooms booked were spacious and comfortable , both en-suite with nice warm showers . There was a kitchen ( and coffee machine ) so we were able to make our hot drinks and the breakfast was presented so beautifully and the best we had in our time in Slovenia. Great for airport but as not far from many other places would also be great base esp if wanted to stay somewhere a little more quiet . Host easy to communicate with . Didn’t realise that 3rd bedroom belonged to the owner and locked him out for the night …. think he ended up sleeping on a sofa in appt below, however he couldn’t have been nicer about it ( sending apologies again !!!) and breakfast was still ready on time .

Breakfast was excellent and they served it early so that we could eat before going to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful - they arranged a taxi for us. They responded quickly to messages. It was quiet and close to the airport.

We loved the location: despite being beside the motorway, it was silent and we could see the countryside through the window. The staff was amazing and we had a perfect breakfast with fresh and carefully selected ingredients. Loved the flower in the room when we arrived.

Family atmosphere, high quality breakfast with local products, home-made cookies, jams etc. very well equipped modern kitchen at the disposal at any time, well-organised room, very clean, flexible hours for breakfast, very good air-conditioner. Friendly hosts and neighbours. We had a really good stay. We felt like at home:):)

This is my favourite place I’ve ever stayed in on booking.com! It’s not that it’s fancy or had massive luxury rooms… it’s the attention to detail and kindness of the hosts. It is so clean, so so we’ll maintained. Nothing is out of place, there is little slippers to wear inside so your feet are clean and comfortable, they clean your room in the most non-obtrusive way, everything is laid out perfectly and with love! Also the BREAKFAST IS AMAZING. Literally a feast of fresh bread, local produce, meats and fine cheeses, amazing fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, beautiful teas… the feeling I had after staying here was wanting to tell everybody I know who is going to Slovenia to stay here!! The whole vibe is just so lovely and I feel so lucky to have experienced this cosy and authentic Slovenian Gem. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts, you guys are amazing.
