The vibe is good, very traditional Japanese style accomdation. It is the first time that we need to change to the in-house slippers when entering the hotel. Before that I had been to Hokkaido hot spring hotels.

“Well maintained hotel in the hills of lake Tazawa”
Renovated and well maintained. Very comfortable rooms, new onsen facilities and very friendly personal. The dinner and breakfast were very delicicious and if you stay two days the menu is not repeating. Huge variety of dishes with local ingredients. Beautiful in spring with cherry blossom.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. I had dietary needs which they had no problem in changing the set menu for me. Their food was really tasty. The onsen pools were quite small but I appreciated the large sauna and cold water plunge. I would really recommend this hotel.

“A modern Hot Spring alternative in Senboku.”
The first thing that came to my mind was the food. Both dinner and breakfast were undeniably yummy for our liking. The place was well maintained, immaculately clean. Bedroom was spacious for the three of us. Futons were great. Staff members were helpful and able to speak English.

Super friendly and helpful personnel. we were the only non-Japanese guests and they made every effort to let us feel welcomed. They offer excellent Washoku (traditional Japanese cuisine) and even translated the menu for us.

Great hotel to stay in the area. Very good dinner and breakfast included in the price - very much justify the price they charge. There is a nice onsen in a facility, including outdoor pool - great for relaxing in the winter. Overall very comfortable for a night/weekend stay
